Human Resources Supervisor

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related field.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the position is required.
  • Known to all core functions of Human Resources.
  • Known to DOLE standards and rulings and has experience in any labor related issues and concerns.
  • Excellent in communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly goal & detail-oriented & able to work independently.
Job Description
  • Recruitment, selection & placement of applicants who qualify for all the position needed within the organization.
  • Conduct employee orientations/on boarding procedures (prepares contracts & endorsements) & exit interviews for resigned employees. 
  • Maintain an up to date record keeping of all employees 201 files.
  • Compensation & benefits administration.
  • Ensuring the proper & strict implementation of organizational policies based on handbook.
  • Supervising all HR activities, communications (memorandums), reports (incident reports), requests and documents created and received from all the departments.
  • Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
  • Planning of employee trainings, developing organizational goals, objectives and management system improvements.
  • Up to date on the latest government mandates.
  • Additional tasks – process documents necessary for the renewal / update of company vehicles & equipment & company properties, etc.

Civil Engineers

  • License Holder
  • With At Least 3 Years Experience
  • Sound Mathematical, Scientific And IT Skills
  • The Ability To Think  Methodically And To Manage Projects
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability To Work To Deadlines And Within Budgets
  • Ability To Maintain An Overview Of Entire Projects While Continuing To Attend To Detailed Technicalities
